Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join our team at Transpower New Zealand. In this role, you'll provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment and human resources, working closely with managers and employees across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver HR services that contribute to the organisation's success.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in HR coordination, recruitment administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively at pace, with a high work output and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
