Key Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a track record of high performance in B2B account management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to generate ideas and solutions. You should have experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs and possess strong negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and financial fluency skills.
