Vestas is a global leader in wind energy solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Account Partnership Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts.
  • Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations.
  • Responsible for managing customer communications, facilitating recovery efforts, and ensuring correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the capacity to manage interactions effectively.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relationship skills, contract interpretation and tracking capabilities, as well as upselling and transactional skills.
