Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled Medical Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Wellington. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, installing, assembling, collecting, and laundering medical equipment as part of our rental service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Equipment Delivery: Complete delivery tasks with the highest level of skill, customer service, and within time frames.
  2. Installation and Assembly: Install and assemble equipment according to manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment is properly maintained and cleaned according to company policies.
  4. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support and education to ensure customers are aware of operating and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Technical Skills: Possess technical skills to operate and maintain medical equipment.
  2. Customer Service: Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service as there will be frequent liaison with clients.
  3. Physical Fit: Be physically fit and able to move equipment (trolleys will be provided). Hold a full driver's license (a company vehicle will be provided).
  4. Previous Experience: This role would be suited to someone with previous Courier Driver experience or similar.
