About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering expert technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge technologies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Your Impact: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, delivering daily onsite support, and providing timely monthly reports on service activities.
  • Your Skills: A minimum of 4 years of experience maintaining printing industry equipment, diploma/bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, and prior experience as a Service Engineer/Field Service Technician preferred.
