About the Role:

As our Account Manager, you will maximize sustainable growth, sales, and profitability of Paslode with accounts in the Lower South Island territory. You will fully understand the value proposition for each brand and develop and maintain effective commercial relationships & strategic account plans with internal & external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong and effective relationships throughout all levels of a customer's business and have a thorough understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business.
  • Identify & build relationships with end users in the territory through working closely with our major accounts and facilitating end user conversions through trade events and joint sales calls.
  • Monitor, analyze and provide insights into account performance and leverage analysis to drive identification of gaps/opportunities and inform business decisions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • Experience developing & implementing account plans and the ability to articulate successful outcomes delivered.
  • Flexibility in relation to hours and location of work duties - may be required to travel one week a month and start early for Trade events.
