As a CEO Assistant at Termius, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO and Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience as a personal assistant and experience in a tech or startup environment. They will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing general office administration, accounts support, and HR support.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO and Leadership Team.
  • Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies and managing regular vendors.
  • Contribute to accounts support, including bank reconciliations.
  • Provide HR support, including assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees, maintaining records, and assisting with international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate events for internal company events.
