CEO Assistant

As a CEO Assistant at Termius, you will play a critical role in supporting our CEO and Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the success of our company.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience as a personal assistant and experience in a tech or startup environment. They will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing general office administration, accounts support, and HR support.
Responsibilities:- Support the CEO and Leadership Team.
- Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies and managing regular vendors.
- Contribute to accounts support, including bank reconciliations.
- Provide HR support, including assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees, maintaining records, and assisting with international travel arrangements.
- Coordinate events for internal company events.
