Job Description

The Corporate Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Auckland, New Zealand. This includes managing the CEO's calendar, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, prepare expense reports, make travel arrangements, and handle administrative tasks
  • Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately, and prioritize conflicting needs
  • Provide seamless support to the CEO, anticipating needs and responding promptly
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands, ensuring timely execution, discretion, and professionalism
  • Conduct special research or planning projects for the CEO
  • Manage sensitive information with good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and other executives to ensure alignment
  • Provide administrative support to the Auckland office, managing logistics and supporting on-site functions

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Possess a strong work tenure, with a minimum of two to five years of experience supporting a CEO or an executive at an equivalent level
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as online collaboration tools
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, expert-level written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve high performance goals
