The Job Description

This role is multifaceted and requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, versatility, and curiosity. Experience with basic accounting practices and working in a startup are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO and Leadership Team with daily activities and administrative tasks
  • Manage general office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with regular vendors
  • Assist with accounts and financial tasks, such as bank reconciliations
  • Offer HR support, including onboarding and offboarding processes, employee record maintenance, and international travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal company events
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require a highly motivated individual with 3+ years' experience as a personal assistant in a tech or startup environment.

  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Xero, Asana, and Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Aptitude for learning new software
