About You

If you are passionate about working with older adults and delivering exceptional care, we want to hear from you As an Activities Assistant at Bupa Care Home in Cambridge, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work closely with the Activities Coordinator to identify leisure activity needs, plan and implement individual and group activities programmes, and promote a homely environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for working with older adults and a commitment to delivering person-first care. You should also possess outstanding communication skills, a fun personality, and a creative flair. A clean, full driver's licence is preferable, as you may drive the van for resident outings. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering person-first care and contributing to the Bupa team.
