**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Sports Engagement Officer to join our team at Volunteering Waikato.

As a Community Sports Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing sports programs for children, youth, and families in Hamilton. Your primary goal will be to promote physical activity, social inclusion, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating sports programs and activities for children, youth, and families;
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote sports programs;
  • Collaborating with community partners to enhance program offerings;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on program participation and outcomes;

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and support to program participants, parents, and guardians.

**Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience in sports program coordination, marketing, or community development;
