About You

You will have advanced administration skills, highly developed organisational skills, and exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide all required operational and administrative support to senior leaders
  • Manage diaries and effectively triage correspondence
  • Screen calls and act as the first point of contact
  • Brief information for meetings and events
  • Coordinate projects and arrange events

This role offers a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. You will have the option to work from home up to two days per week once you are competent in the role.
