As an Enliven Support Worker, you will visit clients in their homes to provide care and support with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, wound care, meal preparation and assistance with community activities.

The specific needs of each client will determine the level of care and support required, and you will work closely with them to develop and implement individual care plans.

You will need to be flexible and able to travel to different locations, including Hamilton and surrounding areas.
