About the Job- The revenue growth analyst will partner closely with sales, marketing and finance to support the delivery of the revenue growth annual plans.
- Pricing governance: Maintain the pricing governance process including sign-off process and adherence to the guidelines.
- Reporting: Build and maintain reporting that tracks RGM initiatives and KPIs, embedding market level RGM processes & tools.
- Pricing Strategy: Support RGM manager & Head of RGM in design and implementation of Pricing & Promotional strategy including development of annual value plans and budget price delivery.
- NPD Support: Work closely with the RGM Manager and category team to assist with all NPD shelf and promotion price recommendations.
- Trade Promotion: Influence trade promotion strategy, spending and overall trade investment productivity.
- Experience in commercial finance, revenue growth management analyst role or a commercially minded sales role looking to step into an analyst role.
- Must have FMCG experience.
- Ability to use data to provide key insights and tell a story.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and quickly change priorities to meet business needs.
- Ability to partner closely with different areas of the business.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to meet business requirements.
