We want to hear from you if you're ready for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impactKey Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial objectives.Collaborate with the Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Financial Controller to set revenue budgets, targets, and forecasts, and ensure accurate performance tracking.Oversee the scheduling, allocation, and optimisation of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are in the right place at the right time for maximum profitability.Manage pricing strategies and yield management processes to ensure competitive yet profitable pricing across channels.Provide strategic leadership and direction for fleet operations, working with the Fleet Optimisation Team to drive efficiency and meet return on fleet employed (ROFE) targets.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and strategic initiatives.Monitor and report on revenue performance, delivering insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead key revenue projects, collaborating with teams across the organisation to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in revenue management, fleet optimisation, and pricing strategy, ideally within the tourism or fleet management industry.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and navigate changing market conditions.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive business objectives.Experience in financial management, including budget setting, forecasting, and tracking performance.What's In It For You:A Permanent Full-Time OpportunityOpportunity to lead and optimise key revenue functions and have a direct impact on the business.Competitive salary and a supportive, high-performance team culture.Opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing business in the travel and tourism sector.How to Apply:If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you'd be a great fit for our team, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you want to join Travvia.Travvia is an equal-opportunity employer.
