About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on processing purchase orders, credits, and other relevant data in a timely and accurate manner.

Your Responsibilities
* Receive and process purchase orders from customers via various channels
* Provide professional phone support to stakeholders and redirect as necessary
* Accurately process purchase orders, credits, and other data into SAP within specific time frames
* Perform general administration duties in AP & AR as required

About You
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and warehouse environment. Previous use of SAP is preferred but not essential. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
