Our team is driven by a shared commitment to excellence, and we're looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to help us continue exceeding expectations.About the Role:As a Customer Success Coordinator at Zappy, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our new customers while ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, working closely with internal teams to resolve queries, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Auckland CBD.What You'll Be Doing:Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience.Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.Proactively monitor accounts, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.Provide onboarding guidance and support to new customers, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.Identify and act on opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, and satisfaction.Maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and provide feedback to optimise processes.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns.Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus.What We Offer:At Zappy, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
