Job Overview
  The Das Group is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to join our Bristol office. This part-time role involves managing customer complaints, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to our Customer Experience & Insight strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints via multiple channels, including telephone helplines, emails, and the website.
  • Triage complaints appropriately while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the delivery of our Customer Experience & Insight strategy by monitoring and responding to negative customer reviews.
  • Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and allocate escalated complaints to team members.

Requirements
  To be successful in this role, you will have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in Financial Services. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an inquisitorial and problem-solving focus to deliver seamless customer experiences.
