A new opportunity exists for a professional, driven and successful Customer Relations Representativeto join ourApplied Medical New Zealand Operationsteam in Auckland.About Applied MedicalApplied Medical is a new generation medical device company with a proven business model and commitment to innovation that has fueled our rapid growth and expansion worldwide.What connects us all is our mission to improve the affordability and accessibility of high-quality healthcare by delivering innovative technologies that enhance clinical care.Be part of our growing Australian & New Zealand arm of our global organisation that makes decisions locally for what is right for patients, customers, our community and the environment.Join the Applied Medical family todayAbout the Role:The Customer Relations Representative role is responsible for providing professional, efficient and timely customer service, administrationand warehouse support to the company's internal and external team, customers, stakeholders and vendors, ensuring that these functions are managed effectively, efficiently and accurately and in line with organisational requirements.Your responsibilities will include:Receiving purchase orders from all internal and external customers via phone, fax, email, hand delivered and system generatedProviding professional phone support to our internal and external stakeholders and re-directing where requiredAccurately processing purchase orders, credits and other relevant data into SAP within specific time framesGeneral administration in AP & AR duties as requiredEnsure that Applied Medical's agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contactWork with various systems and processesObserving all health and safety policies and procedures and taking all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of othersWorking within and actively promoting Applied Medical's corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conductCommunicate effectively with other areas of the business, suppliers/vendors to resolve customer queries and complaints regarding servicesPlan and manage daily customer relations activities to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of all customer-related orders and returnsResolve complaints by communicating professionally & effectivelyOperational Warehouse & Logistical task coverageAbout You:1-2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service & warehouse environmentPrevious use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)Ability to work flexibly with various work demands and fast-paced environmentHigh level of computer literacy and intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quicklyExceptional planning and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to ensure deadlines are achievedHigh level of interpersonal skillsAnalysis and problem-solving skillsHighly effective, accurate and professional written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and display superior time management skills, initiative, self-motivation and ability to prioritise competing tasksEnjoy collaborating in a small team and build rapport with various internal & external stakeholdersWhy Applied Medical?Work for a market leader who is proud to have a significant and sustainable impact on healthcareAn international work environment with an industry-leading culture of learning, development and inclusionYour wellness is important to us; Employee Assistance Program is available to all team members and their familiesConveniently located in Auckland Airport regionPermanent and secure role with training and skills developmentSmall professional office environment with supportive, welcoming management and team membersRemunerationA competitive salary package comprised of base salary and KiwiSaver.
