About the Role
  • You will lead the customer agenda internally within Unilever, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (Category Managers, Shopper Insights Managers, Marketing) and external customers (Category Managers, Trading Managers, Category Directors, Buyers, Supply contacts, Marketing contacts).
  • Create and deliver commercial joint business plans with customers, driving category growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive key business outcomes by delivering turnover, customer profitability, and total trade spend budgets for their category.
  2. Administer and evaluate the product portfolio, including promotional evaluation and range and merchandising reviews.
  3. Work with the leadership team to develop and deliver local customer strategy plans.
  4. Promote brand activation, new product development, and other initiatives at the customer level.
Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG Account Management, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
