Venue Business Growth Manager

Venues Ōtautahi is seeking a skilled Venue Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Venue Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our portfolio of iconic community venues.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new business and cold calling
  • Managing incoming leads
  • Quotes and contracts
  • Networking and tradeshow events
  • Site inspections

You will have a high degree of event ownership, motivation, and initiative with the ability to accept a high level of responsibility and accountability. This dynamic revenue-generating role requires a natural sales professional who is comfortable on the phone building a new business pipeline and meeting revenue targets and KPIs.

Previous experience in the events industry and/or using sales-specific CRM software would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

  • 5+ years sales experience
