The Role

  • Oversee front-of-house operations, staff leadership, stock management, and customer engagement
  • Create a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role in hospitality
  • A current Duty Manager's Certificate & LCQ (Liquor Controller Qualification)
  • Strong people management skills – leading by example, motivating a team, and fostering a positive work environment
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Proven ability to manage bookings, stock, and general venue operations
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
