Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at Wellington City Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of our services.

About the Role: In this role, you will provide administrative support for our Parks Operational unit, deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and assist staff and customer enquiries. You will also support the effective utilization of Council systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, able to multitask, and possess strong computer skills. A track record of using initiative and being self-driven is also required.
