As a Verification Services Assistant, you will provide administrative and logistical support to our teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Your key responsibilities will include organizing meetings, arranging travel, raising purchase orders, and document preparation and circulation. You will also provide administrative support to our teams, assisting in preparing and circulating documents as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in an administrative and/or support role, be confident working across a number of systems and processes, and have excellent word and excel skills with a high level of attention to detail.
You will also be responsible for meeting preparation and minute taking, data entry, relationship building skills, commitment to service delivery, strong time management, prioritization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
