We're looking for a highly skilled Service Development Manager to join our team at Hamilton City Council. As a senior leadership role, this position is responsible for driving sales and performance across Waterworld and Gallagher Aquatic Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales management, preferably in the fitness or service industry. They'll be able to develop and implement growth initiatives, analyse and interpret sales data, and manage budgets with ease.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our dedicated team to drive the reach and increase the profile of our Aquatic facilities and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth initiatives to drive sales and performance
  • Analyse and interpret sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to optimise sales funnels
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
