Key Accountabilities

  • IDentifying project scope and working through feasibility studies.
  • Strategic advisory and business development.
  • Communicating with designers, contractors, and the client throughout the design management phase.
  • Programme and cost management.
  • Promoting sustainable practices through each stage of the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience working for a project management consultancy.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects in the commercial, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven team/project lead experience.
  • Understanding of NZ Building Standards and processes.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
  • An existing network in the industry.
