Territory Development Manager

Beiersdorf, a leading global skin care company, seeks an experienced Territory Manager to service Grocery, Mass, and Pharmacy customers in NZ.
The successful candidate will report through to the National Field Manager and be responsible for increasing Beiersdorf sales, product ranging, and presence in stores. Key responsibilities include building strong business partnerships with key trade partners, driving executional excellence in store shelf management strategy, and maximising distribution opportunities within the Beiersdorf portfolio.
This is a pivotal role within the business, providing the opportunity to develop territory management and customer relationship skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' FMCG Territory Management experience, possess strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills, and be an individual who wants to work for a progressive company and can work autonomously.
Beyond these core requirements, we are looking for someone with analytical and initiative skills, with a proven ability to spot opportunities through data, and create presentations for buyers/owners to BDF standard.
