Sales Development Lead

Halter is transforming the dairy industry with innovative technology that increases productivity and sustainability. We're seeking a Sales Development Lead to join our team and help us achieve our mission.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class sales team and contribute to groundbreaking change in the industry. You will be responsible for leading sales meetings with farmers, building relationships with industry professionals, and collaborating with the Business Development Manager to optimize the sales process.
Responsibilities- Understand the needs of farmers and communicate the value of Halter's technology.
- BUILD AND GROW A PIPELINE OF QUALITY FARMS FIT FOR HALTER, WHILE CONTINUOUSLY REDUCING SALES CYCLE TIMES MANAGING NEWLY SOURCED AND INBOUND LEADS THROUGH THE INITIAL STAGES OF THE PIPELINE INCLUDING SCREENING AND QUALIFYING.
- Establish and maintain Halter's brand through networking and relationship-building.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure smooth sales processes.
- A deep understanding of the dairy industry and its challenges.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
