As a Sales Development Specialist, you'll be an integral member of our team responsible for supporting the service sales business for sanitary heat exchangers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling Alfa Laval Sanitary Heat Exchanger parts and services to distributors and key customers.
  • Supporting customers in identifying the required parts for equipment maintenance.
  • Preparing and delivering timely and accurate quotes that reflect customer needs and value propositions.
  • FOLLOWING UP with customers on sent quotes to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  • Building strong and lasting business relationships with distributors and accounts.
  • Providing business feedback to contribute to business plan development.
  • Executing special quotes as defined by the Business Development Manager in alignment with growth plans.
  • SENDING proactive quotes to target customers to generate new opportunities.
  • Utilizing the CRM tool effectively and consistently to support the sales process.
  • Nurturing qualified leads and converting them into orders.
  • CORRELATING with other AL teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
