If so, we'd love to hear from youOur well-respected and fast-growing Property Management company is on the hunt for an Office Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, for 6 months.
This is a part-time role with flexibility on the days you would be in the office, approximately 30 hours per week.
Lead our administration, HR, IT, and compliance functions.
You'll be the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs like clockwork while supporting our leadership team and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.What We're Looking For:We need someone with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
You'll be managing key operational elements, overseeing an Office Administrator, and playing a crucial role in employee satisfaction, professional growth, and business process alignment.Key Responsibilities:HR & Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and staff recognition activities.Training & Development: Organize staff training and track professional growth opportunities.Staff Wellbeing & Events: Plan and execute initiatives to boost team morale and engagement.Vehicle Fleet Management: Oversee fleet maintenance, record-keeping, and compliance.Administrative Oversight: Manage daily office operations and support the Administration Assistant.IT & Systems Management: Handle IT procurement, system improvements, and staff training.Health & Safety Compliance: Lead Health and Safety meetings, oversee contractor compliance, and update policies.What You'll Need:Strong administration and organizational skillsExperience in office management or a similar roleExceptional time management and attention to detailStrong communication and leadership skillsA positive, solutions-focused attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office and business systemsWhat We Offer:A vibrant and supportive team environmentCompetitive salary and company benefitsSocial events and team-building activitiesIf you're ready to step into a key role where your efforts will truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from youPlease apply with a cover letter and CV.
