About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join our team at My Smart Office. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organisational and time management skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of clients' building projects
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination
- Coordinate resources for clients' projects and prepare project documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist the Director with various administrative tasks, including preparing project documents and reports
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
