Director of National Sales and Revenue

**Overview**
Tfe Hotels is an international hotel group with a presence in six countries and a growing portfolio of 69 hotels. We're looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team in New Zealand and drive sales growth across our properties.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the New Zealand market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, working closely with the Global Sales team, and delivering set goals and maximising business into Tfe Hotels locally and globally.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales strategies for all New Zealand hotels
- Work with the Global Sales team to deliver set goals and maximise business into Tfe Hotels locally and globally
- Conduct needs analysis to determine areas requiring particular focus
- Foster positive relationships both internally and externally
- Set goals and expectations for the Sales team; monitor and assess performance
- Manage top corporate, travel agent, and key partnerships relationships
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in hotel management or related business course
- Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in senior hotel sales
- Prior experience in developing and executing sales strategies at a group level
- Strong relationship building skills
- Leadership skills to develop and grow sales teams
