Your Role
We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Front Office team as a Duty Manager. As the main point of contact during your shift, you'll be responsible for ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and that our guests receive the highest level of service.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact in the hotel during your shift
- Lead the Front Office team to ensure Pullman Service Standards are displayed at all times
- Drive up-sells as part of Hotel revenue management culture
- Maintain AccorHotel's guest loyalty and recognition program
- Motivate and empower team members to problem solve and surprise guests
Requirements
- Previous Front Office experience at a supervisory level
- Current GM Certificate is essential
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication
- Leadership capability
