About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee all front-of-house and administrative services across three sites, including our PET-CT centre in Epsom and our sites in Milford and Takapuna.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams and administration staff.
  3. Implement effective administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong track record in customer service, team management, and process improvement.
