**About the Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Night Manager to join our team and take on new challenges. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, including managing the daily check-in/check-out process, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
**What You'll Do**
- Coordinate tasks for each shift and delegate to Receptionists accordingly.
- Co-ordinate rosters and attendance records.
- Provide supervisory assistance as needed to support the logistics function on site.
**What You'll Need**
- A minimum of three years' relevant work experience in a comparable role and industry or a combination of a relevant qualification and at least one year of relevant work experience.
- Good computer literacy and adaptability to new technology is highly desired.
- Demonstrable expertise in facilitating general front office procedures, night audit processes, and general operational activities will be highly regarded.
