About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator. In this role, you will provide high-level support to our director while handling administrative and accounting duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Support general office administration, including supply procurement and logistics management.
  • Manage basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and record maintenance.
  • Collaborate on special projects and event planning, including vehicle auctions and events potentially requiring national travel.
About the Ideal Professional

We seek a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., Xero) is desired.
