In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Academic Affairs team, ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing program expenses, including consolidating and updating financial records.
  • Raising purchase requests and coordinating logistical arrangements.
  • Maintaining students' records and providing basic student care.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification and at least 3 years of experience in program administration and coordination in the higher education industry. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Tools is required. Basic knowledge of Moodle and Celcat is an asset.
