  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee development

  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
About You

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management
