About the Opportunity

The Wise Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Director to lead our Crisis Respite team in Wellington. This is a unique chance to inspire and grow a passionate team of community support workers, while making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

As Service Director, you will be responsible for developing meaningful partnerships with local service providers, including Te Whatu Ora colleagues, to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. You will also foster strong relationships within your community, being a good neighbour and providing regular coaching, leading, and inspiring your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing collaborative partnerships with primary and secondary care services
  • Working alongside Te Whatu Ora colleagues to support tangata whai ora
  • Fostering strong relationships in your community
  • Providing regular coaching, leading, and inspiring a passionate team

What We Offer

In addition to the salary and service complexity allowance, you will receive a recruitment one-off payment of $15,000, increased Employer Kiwisaver contribution, fifth week of annual leave (after 12 months employment), paid wellbeing days (2 per year), school holiday programme assistance, Perk and Perk plus discount app.
