About the Role
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services. This casual role involves working with our chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents and visitors. You will be responsible for following the requirements of the Food Control Plan, cleaning kitchen surfaces, unloading and putting away stock, and supporting the chef with food preparation.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all elements of the Food Control Plan are completed as documented
- Clean all kitchen surfaces, wash dishes, and remove rubbish from the kitchen
- Work with the chef to unload and put away stock
- Support the chef with food preparation
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have great communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering top-class customer service. You should be able to provide high-quality and timely support for the Chef and work well under pressure. If you are looking for a challenging and exciting position, then we'd like to hear from you.
