At Direction Recruitment, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Director for our client, DCGroup, a prominent management company based in Whangarei. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of Port Nikau, a transformational waterfront community, and drive commercial growth in the region.
About the RoleThe Executive Director will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing strategies to achieve DCGroup's objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing budgets and cash flows for multiple entities
- Providing high-level financial guidance to the Directors
- Leveraging relationships with tenants and stakeholders to drive commercial property leases and land transactions
This position requires a strong technical accounting background, coupled with experience in commercial property management and/or land development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be commercially savvy, and have a passion for driving business growth in Northland.
