We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our Youth Forensic service in Whangarei, Northland New Zealand.

This is a permanent, part-time position that provides clinical leadership to Te Roopu Kimiora (TRK) and involves working with children and youth presenting via the youth justice system.

The successful candidate will have experience in inpatient and community settings, including interacting with justice systems, and will be involved in supervision and training of registrars.

Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will participate on the after-hours on-call roster and contribute to the development of innovative services in primary and secondary care.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a relocation package to support your move to Whangarei.
