Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Planner to join our Workforce Planning Team. This role will involve leading and coaching our Workforce Planners in developing their capabilities and supporting a high-performing team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet business needs.
  • Utilize rostering software to create efficient employee schedules.
  • Lead a team of workforce planning professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, making functional decisions and providing information on potential issues with labour levels, costs, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Workforce Planning/rostering.
  • Proven leadership experience and skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workforce Planning principles and processes.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
