About the Role
This pivotal role will play a key part in ensuring that our workforce is effectively aligned with our strategic goals and operational needs. You will ideally possess strong cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing workload management and forecasting strategies Managing a busy environment and leading a portfolioCollaborating with diverse teams and stakeholdersProviding data analysis and influencing stakeholdersRequirements
Proven experience in workforce planning or a related fieldMāori and Pacific cultural competenciesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively and influence stakeholdersBenefits
