We're currently seeking a highly skilled Risk & Control Coordinator to join our Dunedin office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operational risk management framework and ensure the effectiveness of our controls.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Operational Risk Manager in identifying and assessing risks across various areas of our business
  • Performing control testing to evaluate the efficacy of our risk management processes
  • Monitoring and reporting on AML transactions and maintaining the Risk & Control Library
  • Assisting in risk and control assessments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Relevant tertiary-level education (Diploma or Degree)
  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory parameters, including CCCFA, Privacy, and Anti-Money Laundering & Countering Financing of Terrorism rules
  • Previous experience in audit or testing roles is highly valued
