About the Job: As a Senior Manager leading our Otago Agri team, you'll be a key player in supporting and enhancing the financial wellbeing across a range of farming customers. This role requires strategic leadership and coaching skills to build and strengthen ANZ's market presence across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Associates, primarily across the Agri segment.
- Leverage your strong banking background to support the delivery of our regional strategy.
- Promote and lead ANZ in the local and regional marketplace via events, community initiatives and customer interactions.
- Champion the use of data and insights to build knowledge and capability and enable better customer outcomes.
- Embed a strong conduct and risk culture across the business.
- Develop a framework for consistent approaches to areas in staff training, operating models, management of credit and adoption of change.
- Continuously build new relationships aligned to business strategy and ensure existing customer needs are understood and met.
