You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging cutting-edge IT systems to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.

Given the nature of this role, industry experience and qualifications are essential. We cannot consider your application unless you have covered the below requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • IEMA Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience carrying out detailed incident investigations to identify root causes and improvements.
  • Coaching/Training qualification or experience.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Working knowledge of quality management tools and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of how to effect behavioural change.
