Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Grocery Associate to join our retail grocery team. As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, operate equipment, receive and unload shipments, and report any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure freshness and date control, restock supply items efficiently, and maintain the lowest supply cost.
  • Operate department equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Assist with receiving vendor merchandise and unload truck deliveries promptly.
  • Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement, or any action that is illegal and/or against company policy.

Qualifications:

  • Meet legal and company policy age requirements to perform job functions.
  • Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Authorized to work in the United States or able to obtain the same.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
