It is essential that you can demonstrate proven experience leading and developing effective teams, and the ability to champion continuous improvement associated with the implementation of improvements.
You will have an exceptional employee management style with the ability to promote productivity and accountability.The Operations Manager is accountable for the construction operations of the Division, ensuring the delivery of successful project performance.
