Job Description

The Regional Account Director will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to promote and sell our video management system to commercial channel partners.

You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, delivering new channel partners, and building relationships with regional accounts, dealers, and distribution partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Effectively manage sales territories to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Channel Partner Onboarding: Deliver new Certified and Premier Partners to drive business growth
  • Account Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with regional accounts, dealers, and distribution partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B technical sales
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
  • Experience with enterprise software migration projects
  • Background in managing complex stakeholder relationships
